Dr. Hermann Heller and Mag. Bernd Gahler are members of the Vienna bar association (1010 Vienna, Rotenturmstraße 13) and are subject to its supervision.

The relevant occupational regulations are the Lawyers’ Act (RAO), the Lawyers’ Fees Act (RATG), the General Fees Criteria (AHK), the regulations for practising as a lawyer, for monitoring the lawyer’s duties and for training junior lawyers (RL-BA), and the Disciplinary Statute for Lawyers and Trainee Lawyers (DSt).
